The Bible Society, as a Not-for Profit organisation relies heavily on the donations from its supporters and members, and the sponsorship of its projects and programs. Without the donations, gifts and pledges for support, the programs of the Bible Society would not be able to be carried out.
The projects, programs and mission of scripture distribution and availability have been running successfully for over 150 years. It is as part of the Gospel message, something that must be continued with spirit and enthusiasm. However we can only do this with the continued support of the members and donors. As the cost of delivery of our projects, including the benefits required at the recipient level, is rising, we need to raise the amount of funds received to match the demand and need. This is done by one of two methods; increase the donations of our regular donors and supporters and increase the number of donors and supporters to our operation.
Bible Society Staff are key to sharing the Vision and Mission of Bible Society and ensuring that the number of those who do not have access to the Bible is continually reduced. By applying for a Bible Society position you are applying to become an integral part of a world wide organisation committed to sharing the Gospel through the distribution of Scriptures.
